The honest version: this product is not interested in you. It is interested in what time it is.

The website

No accounts, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies. The meeting you build lives in the page’s own address bar — that is the entire database. Two preferences are kept on your device in localStorage (your chosen finish and ground, and whether the intro has played), and they never leave it.

The Chrome extension

The extension requests zero permissions: no browsing history, no tabs, no site access, nothing. The cities you add are stored in the extension’s own localStorage on your machine and are never transmitted anywhere — the extension makes no network requests at all. There is no remote code; everything it runs ships inside the package Chrome installed.

Share links

A share link carries the meeting itself — the cities, the hours, the chosen time — encoded in the URL. Anyone you send it to sees exactly that and nothing else. Links are not logged, shortened, or stored by us, because there is no “us” server to store them on: the site is static files.

Third parties

City names come from GeoNames data baked into the app at build time — no lookup leaves your device. The site is served by Vercel, which, like any host, sees ordinary web server traffic in serving you the files.

Changes

If any of the above ever changes, this page changes first, and the product will say so plainly rather than bury it here.
